Brett,I have a 25P Mirage Plus that works well on my 2001 Baja H2x with a 454 MAG (EMI Exhaust, ECM reprogram ) but needs 150-200 RPM, what can be done to get it and keep my excellent mid range speed (44.2 mph GPS @ 3000 rpm with a light load) can you take out some "cup" or is there a better way?

Labbing the propeller to gain 150-200 rpm may not require removing cup other than to match the cups at their lowest point. The thinning og the blades and balancing should pull the rpm desired. If a small amount of cup is removed, only 1 mph at cruise may be compromised.

Have a 97 baja hammer that I am repowering. Going to be around 475 hp out of a 454 with 500 lbd torgue. I had a 23 mirage with a 300 hp 454 before. Any suggestions on what prop and pitch to start off with on the new motor.

Stepping up 2 inches of pitch in the same prop model will give you a great baseline and will probably be the best casting to work with.
