    Come by 8:30 to 9 am and we should be moving the boats through pretty fast. Captain Ron's is suppose to be open and serving breakfast this year.

    Joey bring your camera, Tom Borsich ( the title sponsor Class One R/C ) has 2 turbine boats this year, a skater and a mystic. There will be some others there too that will blow your mind :-)

    Well some of the FE guys have some that will run in the 70s now and 80s with good water. We just need good water for about 7 seconds

    results 2011 Class One RC mini shootout

    The water conditions were terrible a constant 15 to 20 MPH head wind with white caps.
    Everyone gave it there all !

    Thanks to all that came by and those who helped...especially Midwest272 our retrieval boat, he had the most successful runs of the day.

    This year our Top Gun Award goes to a MWBP favorite and a great guy Dockman, Roger Leas.

    Excellent point, so technically Donna could have won, judges need to make a ruling on this.

    I tried talking Donna into driving but she was not having any part of it, so she had to bring in the hired gun!!
