Toad Cove is like the post office used to be: "neither rain nor snow nor sleet nor the dead of night....."

Any excuse to share this photo:

Does the bank still have it or is it now privately owned?

No sir.... I'm pretty sure I don't need a resort in my non-interest income stream.

Well I would think that's good business two ways, as long as it's done right
    1) get enough revenue to cover costs each month so the bank doesn't loose more money
and probably pay themselves back the investment of the improvements.
    2) show that it's well maintained, and turn key income generating business
in order to get a buyer to give top dollar and get it sold and off the books.. win/win

You'd be hard pressed to find a more professional higher end place on the lake in any off these
categories ...or anywhere near as spacious, let alone all in one place...
    bar/nightclub/restaurant/marina/hotel/gas dock/bandstand entertainment etc..
It's just a damn shame that common sense just isn't common. - Got 4-Play?
