Family friendly?! (Maybe a stupid question)

Does anyone know of some family friendly areas to explore during the summer (that might also offer some party areas)?

    We have a toddler....'nuff said. ;-)

Welcome, at the 31 mm there is a cove that fish and company is in, it is pretty family friendly and has quite a few boaters in it, at the 8mm big niangua a cove across from the public ramp has a few people tieing up with families. If you go down to the 10mm there is Franky and Louie's, it has a beach and a bar, also family freindly, as is Capt Rons at around the 36mm. In the heat of the summer you cannot beat Ha Ha Tonka cove at the 14mm big Niangua, spring fed and cold water.

Yea, what Bear said .................. and don't forget "Bear Bottoms" at the 38MM, has a couple waterslides that kids love.

And the adults love the swim-up bar right next to the slide pool area.

Leave it to Joey to have a pic of the bear bottoms waterslide.

Not sure how many kids or how old...but the Ha Ha Tonka spring is always a good spot to tie up and cool off.

Maybe I should see if the Chamber of Commerce needs any help.

    Trying to be helpful.

What part of the lake will you be at? Franky and Louie's is a good choice in the afternoon.

The best thing to do is leave the toddler at the MWBP Headquaters or Joey's place!

IMO, you can pretty much take a kid anywhere at LOTO and still have a fun party atmosphere.
Lots of times there are kids in raft ups. Just make sure that both you and those you are going to hang out with are ok with it.

+1 What Griff said! As long as said kid is running all over everyone else's boat and spilling juice, it's usually okay. I wouldn't have any problems taking my 4 yo granddaughter anywhere.
Don't forget to check out Midwestboatparty's online store!!
