Yes it was blowing like a bitch.
I just wanted to get it out and run it before winter sets in

    Fun tooner wrap.
34 Kachina? Never heard of it. The deck looked like an Envision combo. It has 500HPs, a unique paint job and under-engine-hatch speaker pod. Neat to see something different.

I looked at one a while back and was told by a reputable dealer here at the lake that they wouldn't hold up to the beating it would take a LOTO.

That dealer was 100% correct. Theres a reason the owner of Kachina was murdered & business shut down.

For something different we tried sailing this weekend. We rented from Ozark Yacht Club, the rate was very reasonable and the service was top notch. Always fun to try something new. Got rained on twice, ran out of wind, and the engine quit... made for a memorable adventure.
Now that I know the basics I'd like to do it again on some more open water.

lol, I appreciate catching some flak. It was funny because we'd all talked about how peculiar the silence was going to seem while under way. But being on LOTO on a Saturday, there was none of that silence stuff.

Sailing is a nice peaceful way to boat. It ain't fast, that's for sure. I learned in a J boat in Charleston Harbor, sailed with a friend around Antigua, and surprised the wife once with a San Diego sail out to whale watch. Just before I started dating Jane I was shopping for a 40 footer to live on in the Caribbean. She even went with me to Lake Superior to take a look at a C&C. Then she turned me on to LOTO and here we are with a Baja!
