    Wish me luck!

The trailer is all loaded and I am headed to Portersville, PA tomorrow morning for a SAW (straight a way) Time Trail race. Meeting a good friend (Wally) there Monday morning in an effort to get a couple of world records. These are simply mph records in the LSG36 (Large Scale Gas 36 cc or less) class and LSG27 class. The LSG36 current record is 91.7 mph and LSG27 is 90.0 mph! Racing is Monday through Friday.

Water conditions are not the best but did get a small window. I am breaking in a brand new motor in my LSG36 boat and made some nice passes at 88 and 88.9 mph.

Wow....I'm no engineer so I gotta ask....what keeps those things on the water at 90 mph? That's amazing!

    Good Luck!

We done it! My boat has been fast all week but my driving skills were lacking. I made a one way pass of 92 mph and was not a straight pass through the traps gps read 94.2 mph. I knew the boat was a record running boat so I ask my buddy Wally if he wanted to drive. Wally made a one way pass of 94.1 but could not back it up. We refueled and tossed it back and set the LSG36 Cat world record at 93.1 mph. The air went away on us today but we believe the record can be upped in the morning.
