    redoing upholstery

hi folks, i have a 97' 202BR Crownline. I"ve had it 16 years and I love it to death. Its starting to get tired looking and I'd like to get my upholstery updated. I can't figure out how the side panels and bow panels come out! Am I missing something. Has anyone gone down this road before?

Bow panels may be way up high behind the pads. Access thru the front seat opening, reach way up behind the side wall. In my boat I have to lay in the storage area under the seat.
