For those who like to grill.

Those of you headed to the lake this weekend and will be traveling 54 from I-70.
There is a new place named Central Missouri Meat & Sausage as you head south past Fulton.
Plenty of area to park a long trailer and they supply some of the food chains around the St. Louis area.

I have no ties to them, but their butcher shop is clean and great prices on fresh local meat.
The Facebook ad is all they put out now about their weekly sale ad's.
5 pounds of ground pork for 4 bucks.

Again, I have no ties to them, but will be doing more meat buying there in the future.

"probably ground up pigs ears snouts, and knuckles"

That may be what you get in Il.
But this place is top notch and good prices.
