I don't see Niangua Falls ever selling for that price although it would be a great location for a year round business since its right on the highway. Not to mention you need to burn the building down and start over.

I'm glad to see something happening with Topsiders. Hopefully it stays similar to how it was and not get dozed for more condos.

They cut a large hole in the back side of the building to remove the kitchen equipment (I think). So, there it sits open to critters who I assumed loved the winter shelter. So, the sole remaining building will, no doubt, have to be torn down as well.

But for a cool mill, it's yours. Then there would be the issue of getting it rezoned from R-1 to whatever.

It would be a great plac for a water sports/sea store, can't believe the lake doesn't have a water sports store on the water! (Come on Big Thunder/wake effects)

No doubt. Back in the day Ozark Bar B Q's market had the largest selection of boat related repair parts, water toys, etc. around, besides a meat market, produces, dry goods, etc.

It was great, every since my family started coming down in the sixty’s one of the main objectives was not to get back in the car till Sunday or Monday when we went home. Ozark B Q really help us meet that objective for 4 decades. The place was awesome, in the end it kind of let us down. But it was the place to go for a long time. Old school LOTO lol
